Valencia Basket closes the last double-game week of the Euroleague on the AS Monaco court

Valencia Basket men's team closes the last double round of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Regular Season by visiting the court of the team with the best recent results in the tournament, AS Monaco (Friday 22, 7:00 p.m., Salle Gaston Medecin, Movistar Sports 3) in a maximum continental competition round 31 game.

 

After breaking its bad dynamics in the tournament with a hard-fought victory against FC Bayern Munich, the Taronja squad will try to find their first victory in the Principality to remain one of the best placed options in the fight to get into the play-in with four games to play.

 

The Valencian expedition will head to Monaco this afternoon with twelve players. Brandon Davies (left calf) and Boubacar Touré (back) will stay in Valencia to treat their respective physical problems while Jared Harper will not travel due to a coach decision.

 

There is only one precedent for a Taronja visit to Monaco, in which we lost by 90-79, although in the first leg game we took the win at La Fonteta by 70-65.

 

Valencia Basket is currently eleventh in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague with a record of 14-16.
